The City Council has filed a lawsuit against the city, including Mayor Avery Ware, claiming three police cars that were purchased have not been added to the fleet, and they don't know the whereabouts of the cars. Wilson said cars are two 2001 Chevrolet Impalas with a total lease price of $10,155 and a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria with a lease price of $9,427. The lease agreements between Chicago-based First Government Lease Co. and the city were signed May 29, 2007, by Tyler, according to the suit.[1]
