"WWL-TV filed a motion in Orleans Civil District Court asking a judge to hold Mayor Ray Nagin, his city attorney and the city of New Orleans in contempt of court.

The complaint focuses on the administration's continued refusal to turn over public records that the station has asked for and that the judge ordered to be released as part of a 4-Investigates report.

Judge Rose Ledet ordered the Nagin Administration to produce the mayor's 2008 appointment calendar by the close of business on Wednesday. What the station received was computer files containing the calendar pages."
