County manager Linda Worth faces accusations from citizen June Gibbs of deleting her e-mails, in violation of the North Carolina Public Records Law. Worth agrees that she does routinely delete her e-mail messages, but that she is not in violation of the law since the county's information technology director is able to retrieve them.
