John Tsarpalas is the president of Team Sam, a 501(c)(4) non-profit that partners with the Sam Adams Alliance.
Prior to joining Sam Adams, Tsarpalas was the Executive Director of the Illinois Republican Party, where he restructured the organization for greater involvement in local races.[1]
