Nebraska Taxpayers for Freedom was founded in 1982 to educate and inform Nebraskans and elected officials that conservative free enterprise solutions exist to remedy and solve the political, economic, and social problems of our state and nation.
Nebraska Taxpayers for Freedom monitors the U.S. Congress, Nebraska State Legislature, and local governments and rate elected officials according to their votes on fiscal, regulatory, and other legislation.
About once a year, NTF produces an issue paper on local government subdivisions using tax dollars to pay lobbyists to lobby against taxpayer interests.
The organization also performs an annual analysis of the State of Nebraska budget.
