Senate Bill 2093 was introduced by the Government and Veterans Affairs Committee, at the request of the Office of Management and Budget. Section 5 of the bill would have mandated the creation of a website detailing the use of government purchase cards. It did not pass the senate.

The website would have been created and operated by the Office of Management and Budget. It was to be a searachable website available to the public at no cost. It would list each purchase made by a state agency with government purchasing cards, and be updated monthly. Each purchase was to include the following information:
- The recipient of funds
- The amount of the purchase
- The agency making the purchase
- Any other information required by the Office
