Pennsylvania School Boards Association
From Sunshine Review
The Pennsylvania School Board Association is the Pennsylvania state chapter of the National School Boards Association, a taxpayer-funded lobbying association. It provides useful information on school boards and school spending across the Commonwealth. A collection of tables called "School Facts and Figures"[1] contains short summaries of statistics on school enrollments, test scores, and expenditures.
Other reports and databases at this site include the following:
- An extensive collection of materials on school finance[2]
- Average salaries for school administrators, grouped by district enrollment[3]
- Data on strikes and fact-finding[4]
- The PSBA legislative platform[5]
