Pennsylvania state senate releases legislative journals

The Pennsylvania State Senate approved the online release of legislative journals going back to 1993. The journals contain records of floor votes and debates. It also calls for additional transparency within the state’s government. This was a bipartisan effort at increasing transparency in Pennsylvania.

Several groups including Public Opinion Online applauded Pennsylvania's efforts at making Government more transparent.
