The Rhode Island Statewide Coalition Foundation (RISC) is an organization in Rhode Island that focuses on policy and political education. They introduced The Money Trail in 2008, which is a website dedicated to tracking state spending.

"The RISC mission is to address quality of life issues affecting Rhode Island residents such as sound government, ethics and conflicts of interest, taxation and fiscal accountability, planning and development, land use, the environment, voting rights, and Rhode Island related matters." ^[1]
